Every time I charge it to full, I use it once, and leave it for the next day. Then it's completely empty again in battery so I have to wait for it to recharge. I thought it was supposed to at least go for 2+ uses a charge.Other then that, it does blend well! It gets really fine for the most part other then the occasional ice cube that misses the bladesGood middle or the road product. Its not junk by any means, but it also is not a replacement for a real blender either. It wont crush ice and make a smoothie with ice and frozen fruit unless you put everything in a bag and beat it with a hammer first, then mix it. The word choice there is intentional. This will mix your ingredients very well, and its portable, so one star each for those. But its not a "blender" in the traditional sense. You trade power for portability. If you are purchasing this to mix protein powder or pre workout additives to water and dont want to shake it, it will do great. The unit only runs for 20 second cycles, and thats enough time to mix powders and water together. Again, the big function is it is portable vs needing plugged in all the time. Its a good price point, but its not a substitute for a plug in powered blender that will chew up material. It says it makes 20 drinks per charge, which is accurate, again, if you are mixing powder and water. If you want to put in any frozen fruit or ice, plan on about 1/3 of that number and needing to use it repeatedly to get things consistent. If it is overloaded or the material is too hard/frozen/large it will shut down mid cycle to save the motor. Not a bad feature to save your money, but it has limits. It might make baby food items with thawed soft raw things and some juice, but that isnt in my needs, so I havent tried. I suspect highly that it would have no issues with fluids and soft things to make such things. The low down is that this is a middle of the road product. Its not bad by any means, but you need to be honest about your expectations. If you "need" something portable that will have the full power of a real plug in style blender, you will have to pay way more than this. If the portability and easy of charging (since it is USB plug in) is more important and you dont plan to test its limits, its probably way better for you. Personally I live in the US with a 110v power grid, but I am working overseas where everything is 220v. I didnt want to buy a 220v mixer and pack it half way around the world, so I tried this. Again, it was convenient, but not as good as I had hoped. I still use it, I just dont have smoothies that are as frozen as the ones I get to have back home. Still it does mix the protein powder well with the water even if I have to crush anything frozen with a zip lock bag and hammer before it goes in.I really like this blender and have been using it as much as I can on the go however, the issue i now have is that the error message is not coming off for over a week. I youtubed and found troubleshooting methods. They said to remove the gasket and press on the connection area which I did and 88 came up so they are saying i should request a replacement gasket. If possible I would like to get the NEW gasket replacement as it has not yet been 2 months since my purchase in hopes that it will work much better than before. It's a bit frustrating as it's now my go to option for shakes and protein mix. help!Pleasantly surprised. This blends frozen fruit and ice much better than I anticipated.This product is so amazing. I will say the only thing wrong with it is it’s so hard to unscrew the bottom cap. I have an easier time unscrewing then blade. I even tried running it under water and bought a jar opener which ended up slicing the base without even loosening it. Must have large strong hands to open.I use this for my every day blender for my shakes. I've tried ice and it did struggle a little bit but overall I love this blender!Definitely worth the money for ease of use!This product is as advertised. very great and the speed makes this product hands down, the best blender that I have ever had. The durability of it turning into a canister is phenomenal.Had the blending for a month and lost the special gasket. I contacted the company and they would not sell be a new gasket. So the blender became worth less. And would have had to buy a new one. That is not good for business. I choose to purchase a different blender.I got one full charge out of this blender, which enabled me to make several smoothies. Loved the convenience, power of motor/blades, ease of use and cleaning. HOWEVER.. it was badly let down by the charger. For its first charge after purchase it worked fine, even though the magnetic end kept falling off the blender. The magnetism was very weak. Eventually managed to get it fully charged. The second time I tried to charge it, I had to press the magnetic end against the blender charge point and hold it there, otherwise the digital 'ch' (charge) display switched off. As you can imagine, holding my finger on it the whole time it was charging was impractical. The third time I tried to charge it, even with my finger holding it in place it wouldn't charge. Totally gutted as I absolutely loved the blend on the one occasion I managed to get the charger to work. I don't see the point of the magnetic feature as it doesn't stay in place like a normal charger cable, just breathe on it and it falls off. Also its impossible to find a replacement. I looked for one to see if it was just a faulty cable, but couldn't find one anywhere. Not good as the life of the blender is determined by a charger cable that doesn't seem to have much longevity. Five stars for the blender itself, but took 2 stars off for the cable which in my case means I've had to return it :(
