This got such great reviews and that's why I bought it, but maybe people love it because it's a less expensive option? We got it thinking it was a great product. The pieces and parts are sturdy, for sure, but the "rope" is not round (as you can see in the picture) but we did not realize that this shape would make it flip and turn constantly, making it hard to ride down the zipline. I wish we would have bought a product with a round cable.I purchased this 7 months ago when it was on sale and just installed it. The kids got to use it several times before the ratchet broke when trying to tighten it. It seems like a great product and they really enjoyed it. I contacted the company and in 3 days received a replacement of the entire zipline. I am extremely pleased with the customer service we received and would definitely order from them againBought this zip line due to 30% off one-day sale, received in one day. Took about 30 minutes to install the (threaded the ratchet wrong the first time), about 15 minutes the second time. The 3-year-old and 5-year-old grandkids loved this (and their mom!). After playing on it for an hour, they didn't want to come in when it was getting dark. Great addition to my other yard "toys" (tree climbing set, and frisbee golf basket with metal chains)!Bought it a few months ago but never had time to use it and we went to use it last month and found it was missing a part. Contacted seller and sent it to me right away. Great customer service. Now just have to find time to try it out . Looking at the zip line parts in the box, it's looks like good quality with thick and heavy duty stainless steel parts. Can't wait to try it out.
