I’ve bought 3 of these exact type blenders now. I always bought the cheapest one at i could find and they always lasted about a year. Which I was more than happy with for the low price they were. I recently tried out the portable blenders with the blender thats screwed onto the top…they all have awesome reviews so I thought, ok cool why not!!?NOPE! These type portable blenders are the only way to go! The type with the blenders on top, you dont think about it til u get one, but if they are for example, 18oz size, only 2/3 IF THAT, Is able to put your desired treat into. The other 1/3 + is the blender itself. And then always end up spilling some out of it if u don’t measure amazingly.I def regret trying out any other types besides these. These tend to last a super long time. I only use them for making milkshakes at home but I tend to use it probably about 4-6 times a week or so. They blend incredibly well. They hold SOOOOOO MUCH MORE in them than the other portable blenders I have mentioned.And to make it even better, these have the capability of taking off the blender and just putting the regular bottom onto it.And for under ten buck$$? How can ya go wrong?! Only issue I have had when mine go bad is due to the silicone failing and water getting into the motor part of it. If anyone complains about the price of this and how long they last, I think they are expecting way too much.These last an incredibly long amount of time Especially when you take the incredibly low price into consideration. All 3 ive had of these exact same type all last 8 months -1 year almost exactly. For what I paid for them, thats like 1$ a month they cost me. I’ll take that any day!I highly recommend these. Don’t EXPECT TOO MUCH LIKE THEY CAN JUST CHOP THROUGH WOOD OR SOMETHING, ice:yes. Ice cream to make milkshakes: with ease! Too many people I read reviews on these alwags complain they can’t break up all this huge chunks of ice. Gotta have the right expectations especially when ya only pay a lil bit.All in all, this is now my 4th one of these. I love them. Super convenient. Lightweight. Love thay i can take the bottom motor off if I want to. Super easy to clean. They last quite a long time if u take good care of them. I highly recommend these and I will continue to buy ONLY this model type. If they say 18oz sized , YOU CAN FIT THAT MUCH INTO IT, the motor DOESNT take up 1/3 or more of that sized glass like some the other types do.Got an incredible price on this item. Super fast shipping as always from Amazon of course! Seems to be nicely built. My first milkshake i made it blew through it , one of the most powerful ones Ive purchased to date!Cant thank seller enuff! More than worth every penny! And then sum!A++++++++++
