I’ve owned a pricey name brand immersion blender for a decade & purchased Bonsenkitchen hand-held blender for my parents. I tried it last night & was impressed with almost all aspects of its function (even more so in light of low price). While it may take a few extra seconds to fully blend & it’s power may not be quite as great as old-school name brand hand blender, it more than exceeded my expectations and delivered more bang for the buck than I imagined. I’m fact, I think the small compromise in performance is more than made up for by pricing as well as other benefits such as stem length & ease of cleaning. I hand washed the head, since dishwasher may melt plastic or soak mechanism that rotates metal blade. While I cannot yet speak to it’s long term quality or how it stands up to extensive use, it shows promise & after its initial use, I’m very happy w/ it’s performance, design & value. Exceeds expectations & would buy this again without hesitation.At this price I thought it would be mediocre but would suffice. I was wrong. It works just as well as the one it replaced which we paid 4 times the price for a few years ago, Now I just hope it keeps working!Not to hyper about it but it showed up when i needed itSimple, easy to use and clean. Good blending power. I love it!I got this for soap making and it made the process go by smoothly. Item arrived with the most important element missing!!! The wand and motor unit. Returned immediately. Link to help section was not accessible. There was no option to exchange for this item or ability to get the motor unit sent out either.It's good value but you do get what you pay for. The unit itself feels good but the attachments and accessories are really sub standard quality. You can't really koan for 20 quid though.Bought this for my sister in law and she is very happy with it. Does everything it says it does!Very happy with the blender, a great price for a brilliant product. I've tried every attachment and each works perfectly.Not tried it out yet but looks great for the price, whisk seems a bit flimsy though. 12 months limited warranty
