For the past 20 years, or so, I've used Bullet blenders to use for single serve smoothies. When the Bullet first came out, it were the only one of it's type. Each one only lasted about 5 to 7 years, so I've had 3 over that time. With each one I've had to replace various parts that either broke or wore out. The plastic pieces that you insert the cup into get damaged over time and can't be replaced. I decided to get something a bit more powerful and robust. I would have preferred it if it was only $99 instead of $120, but the difference only comes to a penny or two a day, so the cost difference is only really psychological when you place your order.Pros:Generous sized cup compared to the bullet. Handles the ingredients that had maxed out in my bulletPowerful, blends smoothies in just a few seconds, a fraction of the time of the bulletRobust design making it much easier to use, and probably last longer, than the Bullet.Easier to keep clean than the bullet.Can work as a normal blenderCons:Fairly noisy. However, it's on for less than 5 seconds so it's not a big dealPricey for a single serve smoothie blender.
