What is the max running time for a single time use? Recommended to limit a single-time continuous use to 30 seconds, max ≤ 1minute. How long can the processor work after a full charge? The total working time mainly relates to the time you use each time and the speed you select. For reference, it has been tested that after a full charge, the processor can finish about 57 to 63 times of chopping, 1min per time, at Ⅱ high speed. Why would the processor suddenly stop working? Quite a few reasons including continuous use for long time triggers overheat protection, battery runs out, not all parts are properly assembled, excessive food amount, oversized food and more, please refer to the manual for further information. What should I do to achieve a better processing result? For a more uniform consistency, start with pieces of food that are similar in size, better to cut food into 1 inch(2.5cm) pieces and leave room in bowl for the food to be tossed around. Also alternately spinning and pausing may give better results. What kinds of food do not work well with this food processor? Not suggested to puree or mash starchy veggies like potatoes/tomatoes as they are easily overprocessed and get gummy. Store veggies with high water content in refrigerator first, room temp ones are less firm. **For soft food, low speed will sufiice.
