If you have the tall pitcher and need a shorter one, then this might be a good buy for you, especially since it costs half as much a a genuine pitcher. Pretty good equivilent---------------This is a perfect replacement and it works on the e310 motor just fine. I haven't blended anything yet but it turned on fine. This fits it perfect. My first impression when picking it up is this thing is heavy and made with really good quality materials. It is made of thick plastic and the lid is sturdy and thick, everything about this is perfect. I love that it is short and stout. It works perfect making cashew cheese, it come out smooth and it gets food hot just like the original containers if you let it run a little longer.
