This is my review so I can come back later to update it. I've only had it for a day and it's the second blender I've ever owned in my adult life so do with my review what you will. The first one was some glass kind from Target that was really cheap but that thing lasted for ten years. This Ninja was purchased because my toddler is in love with smoothies. There are two things that I don't like about this so far, but not deal breakers: 1. We aren't too excited about a plastic canister but at the same time, it's probably better with a kid who likes to visit all of our appliances every day and 2. It is a very tall appliance, but we have a lot of space between our counters and cabinets thank goodness. That being said, it was easy to figure out right out of the box and it was very easy to clean afterwards. Turning on the power button and selecting a blend feature this morning scared the you know what out of me and my toddler. We weren't prepared for the type of power this thing puts out. If you haven't had your morning coffee yet and need to wake up, this'll do.As I blended another protein shake with frozen fruit I asked myself how long have I been using and abusing this poor blender. This fine machine has been serving my household since April of 2014 and has been working the same way just like the first day. I had to replace two cups and two cup blades over this period, but that was expected with so much wear and tear. Hope to get many more years of use out of it.Sent to friend for 25 th anniversary and re needed marriage as a gift. Has no problems with it and says blends to most powerful than their old blender that got burned and smoked. This one blends lots of ice and does secound s without a hint of motor burnout!I’ve had a $500 Vitamix, and I like this one more, at a forth of the price. Kids and I mainly use the individual serving cups, which make it quick and easy to make protein shakes and clean up after.Old one broke & was happy to be able to find the same one to replace it. No need to buy additional new cups ?Healthy, gain weight for one, loses weight for another. We are using it on the daily❤️So I would have given this blender a 5 star review if it didn't have 2 issues, 1t of all; this blender is actually just as good if not better than my other 2 blenders ( Vitamix ), so the blending power is definitely Very powerful, has 4 options really easy and straightforward to operate, her's the 2 issues; 1; the blade is really stylish and four cutting point compare to ( other blender just one or 2 and is at the bottom of the jar ) !which is also a safety issue, because it's from the bottom to almost about 4 inches height and is. Dry shape!!!! ( see pic ), so A couple of time I was careless I almost cut my hands and fingers, ( if they manfactsaw this; I hope they would make some kind of cover / protected for the brands!!! Especially think of doing it for the children!!! ) the other issue is the noise; because of it's power; it's really loud, I need very loud, another wish; they would make a cover; clover the blender ( my vitamix quiet one did Judy as that; it's very powerful but quiet ), so it won't be as loud, anyway; br cause of it's price and the quality I really think this blender deserves a 4 star. Again; it suppose to be a 5/6 star but the blade and noise issue....... would I buy it again; most definitely ( but I think i might alternate the blade or make a / or some special cover for it, just so it's more save for everyone, just it case, safety comes 1st!!! ).Will never use another brand!Es una chulada!!! Lo mejor son los vasos individuales, te haces tu licuado o smoothie y ahí mismo te lo tomas. Muele a la perfección. El hielo se hace polvo literalmente en pocos segundos. Mis hijos la usan incluso para hacer bolas de nieve (moliendo hielo) y jugar! El vaso grande tiene muy buena capacidad y tres velocidades. La tapa tiene un dispensador muy práctico. Se lava fácilmente porque las aspas se retiran. La súper recomiendo. Si mi reseña te fue útil da click en me gusta para evaluar si escribir otras reseñasLamentablemente no recibí lo que pedí. El artículo anunciado es el de 1100 watts y el que recibí es el 1000 watts. El modelo es diferente en potencia y diseño. No sé si quieran engañar al comprador, si sea un modelo anterior o uno reparado pero no es el ítem que pedí. Además falto un vaso, supuestamente vienen dos y solamente recibí uno. Va de regreso.Viene bien empaquetado, el envío veloz , la calidad de los materiales son muy buenos! Y es justo como lo dice la imágen，aún no la probamos pero a primera impresión, se ve que hará un buen trabajo, de las mejores en su rango de precio, si no que la mejor.Actualizaré esta opinión cuando la pruebe durante unas semanas.Actualización: después de casi 1 año de uso puedo decir que cumple, los vasos que trae también son muy utiles para Frappes o Smoothies, por el precio ha sido muy buena compra.Pedi el producto de 1100w y me llego el 1000w en ningún lado viene que es re acondicionado. He tenido problemas con el seguro en ocasiones no funciona. Información falsa.Muy buen producto para hacer jugos o smothies, tengan en cuenta a la hora de comprar que no aguanta contenidos calientes, si la quieras para realizar salsas o cualquier cosa a alta temperatura, esta no es tu opción.
